Any supplier may apply by completing the Placement Request and submitting payment of the Law Society’s administration fees.
If graphics and animation is required, the supplier discusses with the Webmaster for layout and fees.
All advertisements shall be subject to the approval of the Law Society. The Law Society completes the screening process and notifies the supplier of acceptance or non-acceptance of the Offer.
If an offer is accepted, the Law Society produces the Advertisement (draft) based on the information provided by the supplier in the Placement Request. The Law Society passes the Advertisement (draft) to the Webmaster if graphics and animation is required.
The successful supplier confirms the contents of the Advertisement.
The finalized Advertisement will be posted on the Law Society website.

will apply and the Law Society will not be liable for any loss arising from failure
in any form by the suppliers to provide services and products as specified.
