Eligibility to Hold a Practising Certificate
The Practising Certificate (Special Conditions) Rules came into effect in February 2003. Solicitors to whom the rules apply must give 6 weeks notice to the Society when applying for their practising certificate. The "Notice of Intention to apply for a Practising Certificate" attached to the application forms should be completed only if applicable.
