These courses are open to all solicitors and trainee solicitors. Priority will be given to those required to take courses under the CPD Scheme. |

Enrolments will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Please send in a separate cheque/bank draft for each application payable to "The Law Society of Hong Kong" within 2 working days after you submit your booking form. |

The CPD Attendance, Bad Weather, Cancellation, Transfer and Data Privacy Policies will apply. Please read the details of the Policies. |

The Law Society reserves the right to alter or cancel these courses. |

A place will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the course fee and the booking form. |

If you wish to have your name entered onto the waiting list of any of the above courses, please complete the enrolment slip of the relevant course and return it to the Society together with the payment of the appropriate course fee. You will be notified before the date of the course if we are able to offer you a place at the course. A registrant whose enrolment is unsuccessful will receive a refund of the appropriate course fee. |

A note for members who have registered to attend a Society's course which is free-of-charge. Only members who have been allocated a seat will receive a confirmation letter from the Society. Members who have not received a confirmation letter from the Society before the date of the course shall treat their registrations for the free course unsuccessful. |
