TERMS OF REFERENCE
- To consider and keep under review, and to formulate policies
on, all matters relating to law, legal practice and legal procedures,
and to make determinations thereon.
- To formulate policies relating to all aspects of the practice
of law.
- To consider, review and initiate law reform proposals.
- To assist practitioners in the development of their practices.
- To appoint and remove the Chairman and members of the Practitioners
Affairs sub-committees and working parties.
- To supervise and review the decisions of the Practitioners
Affairs sub-committees.
